As a Senior Consultant AMS SAP Payroll, you will be part of our dynamic AMS team, which aims to master challenges in the HR sector with fresh ideas and technical innovations.

Deine Aufgaben

• You will play a key role in continuously developing existing HR technologies in the SAP environment and keeping them up-to-date through regular maintenance (such as support packages and year-end closing).
• You will conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative HR applications that are user-friendly and perfectly tailored to the specific requirements of our customers.
• Close exchange with internal specialist departments ensures a deep understanding of their needs and enables the development of tailor-made technical solutions.
• You will independently identify optimization potential and specifically implement improvements in our HR technology systems.
• Ensure that the integration of our HR technologies into other company applications and processes runs smoothly.
• As a central interface in our AMS team, you will work solution-oriented with the ticket system and support our customers directly – from analysis and consulting, through supporting tests, to the successful coordination of all steps.

Dein Profil

• You have a completed degree in computer science, human resource management, or a comparable qualification.
• With more than 5 years of experience in the support and further development of HCM solutions and sound technical SAP know-how, especially in the backend area, you have the right tools to advance our customers.
• You are familiar with Application Management Service (AMS) and are ideally already a professional in SAP Payroll. Change requests are confidently calculated and managed from planning to implementation within the time and budget framework.
• Configuration and testing in SAP HCM are a matter of course for you – especially in the PY module, but knowledge in PA, PT, OM, ESS, MSS is also welcome. A good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements is a matter of course.
• You are not only a technical expert but also a mentor for your colleagues – team spirit is a matter of course for you. With creativity and a solution-oriented approach, you will always find the best way to achieve your goals.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, complete the profile.
• Flexibility is given: Home office (even from abroad) is possible, with occasional travel readiness (max. 5%) for workshops or customer appointments.
