ZAP-Hosting is one of the leading providers of game servers, virtual servers, and dedicated hosting solutions. With customers from all over the world, we operate a modern infrastructure and place great importance on reliable support and technical quality.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for 1-2 Support Agents (m/f/d) in full-time for our 1st-level customer support, effective immediately.

Tasks

• Processing customer inquiries in 1st-level support
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems related to our hosting products
• Assisting our customers with the setup and management of servers
• Documentation of support cases
• Close cooperation with the 2nd-level and technical team

Qualification

• Minimum age 18 years
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows servers
• Technical understanding and strong interest in support & problem-solving
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Experience with ZAP-Hosting products and our interface is an advantage
