Position: Sicherheits- & Geheimschutzkoordinator (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Recognize and assess project-specific requirements for the protection of classified information (VS).
Create and implement security concepts and measures to comply with VS requirements.
Coordinate with authorities and external service providers.
Document and monitor legal requirements for personnel and material security clearance.
Train and instruct employees on security-related topics.
Investigate incidents and derive necessary actions.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with the protection of classified information.
Proficiency in the standards and regulations of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) and similar organizations (e.g., NATO, Federal Police).
Preferably hold a security clearance (SÜ2 or higher).
Strong communication and independent work style.
Dedicated organizational talent with attention to detail.
