(Junior) Architekt / Bautechniker (m/w/d) für die Kalkulation (Schwerpunkt Massenermittlung)
Your Responsibilities
You will be the lead in charge of quantity take-offs for the interior finishing, roofing, and external facilities of our building construction projects. You will independently calculate and document material quantities and services for the interior finishing, roofing, and external facilities. You will ensure the precision and completeness of the determined quantities for tenders and bid calculations. You will assist in the creation of service specifications for all interior finishing trades, taking into account the relevant regulations. You have the opportunity to further develop your skills in the field of calculation, but this is not a requirement.
Your Profile
Completed technical training in construction or a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field. Initial professional experience in tendering or a motivated career starter (m/f/d). Initial experience in quantity take-offs is an advantage. Initial application skills in common tendering and calculation software (Arriba, iTwo, or similar) are desirable. Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (especially technical terms). Interest in all aspects of interior finishing, a desire for further development, and enjoyment of teamwork.
