Your Responsibilities

At Steuern gestalten. GmbH & Co KG, exciting tasks await you that go far beyond standard accounting!

  • Financial Accounting – Independent and Digital: You will manage the monthly or quarterly financial accounting for your clients and prepare bookkeeping records ready for closing. You will organize your work independently in a way that suits you best. Thanks to DATEV Unternehmen Online and Meine Steuern, paper stacks, binders, and receipts in boxes are a thing of the past. You will also handle correspondence with tax authorities and all other typical tasks in a modern tax firm.
  • Consulting – Competent and Close to the Client: You will advise your clients on current topics, such as the switch to e-invoicing or vehicle taxation – via phone, email, video conference, or in person. You will receive the necessary expertise on special topics beforehand, either through targeted internal training or joint development within the team, depending on the topic distribution.
  • Teamwork: You will regularly inform the payroll accounting and annual financial statement team about all relevant developments concerning your shared clients – so everyone can work optimally.
  • Shaping Digitalization: Together with the Fibu (Financial Accounting) team lead and the digitalization specialist, you will bring your mandates to the next level – digitally, efficiently, and thus future-proof.
  • Grow Professionally and Delight Clients: Do you seek variety and love challenges? Perfect! Then learn, expand your expertise, and manage special tax, business, or organizational topics for your clients.

What You Bring

  • You are a Tax Assistant (m/f/d) or have completed a dual study program in taxation in a tax advisory firm.
  • Do you have initial professional experience in financial accounting? Perfect! Or are you looking to start after your apprenticeship? You are also very welcome at Steuern gestalten. GmbH & Co KG!
  • DATEV knowledge is an advantage, but not a must. Much more important is that you are open-minded, eager to learn, and receptive to digital developments. At Steuern gestalten. GmbH & Co KG, you will receive the support you need – the team will coach you if you don't know something yet.
  • You are reliable. You are well-organized, maintain an overview, and have a good sense for dealing with people.
  • You speak fluent German – this is important for communication with clients and within the team.
