Business Unit Sales Manager (m/w/d) LNA - Zeller+Gmelin

Location: Homeoffice / Mobile Employment Type: Full-time

Zeller+Gmelin is a leading international company in the lubricants, industrial chemicals, and printing inks sectors, employing approximately 1,000 highly qualified and motivated individuals worldwide.

We are seeking a Business Unit Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the E-Mobility Business Unit in the LNA region, to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of sales activities within your business unit to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Acquisition of direct customers and support for Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers in subsidiaries with customer acquisition and support.
  • Active involvement in the support and information transfer to and from subsidiaries and sales partners.
  • Further development of the business unit strategy in coordination with your supervisor.
  • Project work with other internal departments for the sustainable success of initiated projects.
  • Market observation to identify market trends.

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the sales of complex products.
  • Good knowledge of lubricants and a chemical/technical affinity.
  • Experience in the field of E-Mobility (e.g., battery cell production, thermal management) is desirable.
  • Assertiveness, negotiation skills, high resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • Teamwork ability, perseverance, and willingness to travel.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
