(Junior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d) -- IT & Contract Law for B2B Software

Your Responsibilities

• You will create, review, and revise our customer and partner contracts in the B2B software and IT environment -- including Service Level Agreements, NDAs, AVVs, and GTCs.
• For individual sales projects, you will develop customized supplementary agreements in exchange with the sales team and customers.
• You will advise our team in the areas of commercial, contract, and procurement law -- with a focus on IT and license agreements. You will draw on your existing expertise or your strong research skills.
• For questions regarding data protection law and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS-2, DORA), colleagues will receive well-founded and practical answers from you.
• For more complex issues, you will collaborate with external law firms and coordinate legal clarifications.
• Optional: Depending on your profile, you may also take on legal tasks in other areas, such as rental law, corporate law, or labor law.

Your Profile

• Completed law degree or comparable legal qualification (e.g., business lawyer).
• (Basic) knowledge of contract law and legal structures in the digital economy.
• Initial experience in IT law, data protection law, and licensing law.
• Interest in IT topics and digital business models -- technical depth is not a requirement, but curiosity is helpful.
• Analytical thinking, independent and precise way of working, and a desire for practical solutions.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and willingness to take responsibility.
• Very good German skills (min. C1), good English skills.
