Tasks

Remote 2 days office Karlsruhe.

Your tasks:

• Consulting private (and commercial) clients on all aspects of real estate financing
• Analysis and evaluation of financing options
• Creation of tailor-made financing concepts
• Application and processing of loans
• Support of clients throughout the entire loan term
• Maintenance and expansion of the client portfolio
• Cooperation with banks, property developers, and real estate agents

Qualification

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or studies in finance, banking, or real estate
• Several years of professional experience in real estate financing or credit business
• Sound knowledge in the field of real estate financing and the associated legal framework
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident and convincing demeanor, as well as strong communication skills
• High self-motivation and resilience
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Good IT skills (MS Office, bank-specific software)
