Responsibilities

• Co-development and further development of new service offerings for resource-efficient and CO2-neutral planning, construction, and operation
• Support with sustainability topics during the bidding phase and client consultation
• Support and guidance for DGNB certifications (or EU Taxonomy)
• Assistance in the creation and tracking of action plans
• General contractor sustainability management
• Monitoring, controlling, and reporting of sustainability goals

Qualifications

• Completed studies in civil engineering, environmental engineering, construction economics with a focus on sustainability, or architecture (technical orientation)
• Knowledge of structural engineering is an advantage; experience in sustainable planning and construction is desirable
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; ability to present complex issues clearly
• Structured approach, high degree of independence, and organizational skills
