Gemeinsam mit dem Business Intelligence Team arbeitest du daran, unsere Brand-Teams in den Bereichen Immunologie, Onkologie, Neurologie und Specialty mit datenbasierten Insights zu unterstützen:   * Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Marktdaten (Sekundär-& Primär-Marktforschung) zur Identifikation von Markttrends auf nationaler Ebene * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und Reports für Marketing und Vertrieb * Mitarbeit an analytischen Projekten mit dem Ziel, datenbasierte Entscheidungen im Business zu fördern * Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung in Analyse- und Rechercheaufgaben * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus Customer Excellence, den Brand-Teams sowie Business IT Qualifications **So machst du den Unterschied:** * Studium in Statistik, Psychologie, Soziologie, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge * Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch * Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Rahmen eines Praktikums oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit, idealerweise in Bereichen wie Marktforschung, Datenanalyse oder Reporting Additional Information **Beschäftigungsdauer:** * Mindestens 6 Monate als Praktikant\*in * Mindestens 12 Monate als Werkstudent\*in **Beschäftigungsort:** * Wiesbaden * Einzelne Tage Home Office möglich Wir freuen uns auf Deine Bewerbung!
