The eleven teamsports GmbH was founded in 2007 in Crailsheim and is the largest online shop for football and team sports in the German-speaking region with over 2.5 million customers. The company's headquarters are in Satteldorf. Our football cosmos includes numerous stores in the DACH region and Eastern Europe. The 11teamsports Group employs more than 1,000 people.

We are looking for competent support for our marketing team in Munich as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Concept, creation, and dispatch, as well as continuous analysis of CRM channels: Email, Mobile/Browser Push, and Onsite Marketing
• Control and further development of campaigns and marketing activities for the online shop, app, and newsletter, and the opening of new marketing channels
• Strategic development of concepts and implementation of marketing automations along the customer journey with a high degree of personalization
• Maintenance of our customer data and control of our product campaigns with relevant, target-group-specific content
• Participation in the continuous further development and automation of the CRM program
• Creation and monitoring of KPI-based reports and derivation of recommendations for action
• Testing for continuous optimization of CRM content and campaigns
• Continuous maintenance and expansion of internal and external interfaces
• Improvement of user and customer experience in the webshop

Profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in retail and/or online marketing
• Very good German and English skills
• Well-founded and relevant professional experience in e-commerce and online marketing
• Very good knowledge of content management systems, shop systems (preferably Shopware), and CRM tools (preferably Bloomreach/Exponea)
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working in a team with an eye for detail
• Hands-on mentality and great competence in finding creative solutions within a technical environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics
• You bring motivation for constant innovation, systematic testing, and optimization along the entire customer lifecycle
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
