Your Position
As part of the Product and Tech team at 1KOMMA5°, the Energy Operations Team works daily to ensure our digital products are available to thousands of customers globally. We are growing rapidly and are looking for reinforcements! What matters most is your motivation to tackle the tasks below, hit the ground running (or rather, generating electricity), and seek a steep learning curve.
- Support the Energy Operations Team in daily business with projects like #DynamicPulse or #SmartMeterRollout for a digital and connected energy world of tomorrow.
- Assist in scaling a key focus area for 1KOMMA5°: our dynamic electricity tariff "Dynamic Pulse".
- Independently coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., local installation companies of the 1KOMMA5° Group) and external stakeholders (e.g., grid operators), learning about the real-life implementation of the energy transition daily.
- Analyze and optimize processes.
- After completing your onboarding, take ownership of a project and implement it with the guidance of your manager.
- Prepare presentations for relevant Product Owners.
- Collaborate with your team to evaluate current KPI status and derive action plans.
Your Profile
- Availability for at least 4 months, preferably longer (ideal: 6 months) as an intern.
- Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) is essential for this role.
- Enthusiasm for advancing the energy transition house by house, including solving customer problems (without direct customer contact).
- A preference for data-driven work.
- A desire for a steep learning curve and openness to feedback – we believe everyone can learn, and we want to foster that growth.
- Previous experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not required. Motivation and willingness to learn are paramount!
