Your Position

• You identify process optimizations and are able to implement them under guidance or completely independently, within a team.
• You take over your own projects and manage them from the initial idea to go-live.
• You help us to technically expand and further develop the Customer Care system landscape with regard to automation and AI.
• You support service provider management.

Your Profile

• You are still enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters and can support us with 15-20 hours per week starting immediately.
• You already have initial experience in project & process management and are able to drive topics independently.
• You are communicative and empathetic and can convince people of your ideas.
• You don't just tick off tasks; you want to leave your personal footprint.
• You speak fluent German and English.
