About 2Sync
We at 2Sync specialize in developing innovative and immersive Extended Reality (XR) -- especially Mixed Reality (MR) -- experiences that connect real and virtual worlds. Started from a research project, we are now developing our own platform for location-independent and procedurally generated XR applications that automatically adapt to the user's real environment.
This is how we are rethinking Augmented and Virtual Reality -- with the technology in between: Mixed Reality.
And to ensure this reality not only works technically but is also tangible, understandable, and visible, we need your help.
You will work at the interface between development, gameplay feel, and external perception of our projects. You will contribute both creative and technical perspectives:
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with the entire team throughout all phases of the development process
- Support in the development of smaller game and interaction content in Unity 3D
- Independent testing of new features and participation in fine-tuning and balancing
- Creation of videos, screenshots, and recordings directly from our applications
- Editing and preparation of trailers, gameplay videos, and social media content
- Co-design of branding for individual projects (visuals, style, presentation)
- Development of concepts for new projects or further developments -- both technically and communicatively
- Support in building our presence on the website, social media, and other channels
What you bring to us
- Studies or initial practical experience in Game Development, Media Informatics, Multimedia, Communication, or Media Design (or comparable)
- Experience with Unity 3D (no senior level required, but confident handling)
- Enthusiasm for games, innovative technologies, and XR (VR / AR / MR)
- Interest in video, visualization, and presentation of interactive content
- Creativity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ideally, a portfolio or work samples (game projects, videos, visuals, prototypes, etc.)
