Senior Account Manager (all genders) – 100% remote möglich (Account-Manager/in)

Your Responsibilities:

• Conceptual development, operational planning, and implementation of analog and digital communication measures for trade and sales marketing for customer loyalty/development and new customer acquisition, such as: POS advertising materials, dialogue marketing (on- and offline), (d)OoH measures, advertisements, radio spots
• Support and consultation of our customers at a strategic and operational level
• Responsibility for the smooth project management (on time, budget, and content) of the entire production process within the agency: from briefing through development to quality control and delivery of advertising materials.
• Close coordination during project implementation with internal teams (creation, final art, and production), agencies from our network, service providers, and customers
• Presentation of project results internally and externally

Your Profile:

• Completed studies or training with a focus on marketing, media management, communication sciences
• Several years of professional experience as a (Senior) Account Manager/Project Manager (all genders) in BTL/full-service/trade/sales marketing agencies
• Strong interest in advertising, communication, and the demanding, active role of project management within the agency
• High advertising-technical, conceptual, and creative understanding as well as an organized and structured way of thinking and working
• Persuasiveness, strength in argumentation, and the will/ability to understand customer needs and coordinate internal teams
• Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and challenges
