Your Role

As a Project Manager for Site Development (m/f/d), you will be responsible for mobile communication sites from the initial contact to the contract conclusion. You will examine land, evaluate site potential, and conduct discussions with property owners and municipalities on an equal footing. Your work has a direct impact: sites are created because you drive them forward.

You work operationally, reliably, and solution-oriented: with real projects, clear tasks, and visible results in infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the operational site acquisition of mobile communication sites from the first contact to the contract conclusion. You will identify suitable areas, check site potential on-site, and evaluate the technical, regulatory, and economic framework conditions.
• You are the primary point of contact for property owners, municipalities, and other stakeholders. In discussions, you will explain projects, clarify open points, and conduct negotiations factually and reliably to conclusion. Sales is part of the task, but always embedded in the concrete project implementation.
• In parallel, you will coordinate the operational management: You coordinate all parties involved, keep track of deadlines, commitments, and documents, and ensure that permits, approvals, and documentation are complete and correct. You will prepare for appointments, conduct them, and document the results comprehensibly.

Ultimately, you will ensure that the site can be handed over ready for construction -- cleanly prepared, coordinated, and with no open points.

Qualifications

• You have experience from an operational role where you worked with external partners: for example, in site development, in the construction or infrastructure sector, in the real estate industry, or in a technically focused project or sales environment.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner, maintain an overview even with multiple parallel topics, and ensure that tasks are completed cleanly. You conduct discussions with property owners, municipalities, or project participants factually, solution-oriented, and on an equal footing.
• You are not afraid of responsibility, independently prepare appointments, document results, and consistently follow up on open points. You understand sales not as selling at any price, but as a clarifying, comprehensible negotiation within the scope of concrete projects.
• Basic technical understanding and interest in infrastructure or mobile communication topics are helpful, but not a prerequisite. Reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to practically advance things are crucial.
