Sales Manager

About the Role

5V Tech is supporting a fast-growing SaaS business operating at the heart of the eMobility and energy transition, in Germany. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Germany and the wider DACH region. The platform helps businesses operate EV charging smarter, more efficiently, and at scale. This is not a "sell at all costs" role, but one focused on long-term partnerships, real-world impact, and meaningful adoption.

This position is ideal for a sales professional who wants to be close to the product, influence go-to-market strategy, and play a visible role in how the business grows in a critical market.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Selling SaaS solutions into enterprise E-mobility and energy environments
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Identifying new opportunities while expanding key accounts
• Working closely with product and delivery teams to ensure customer success
• Attending industry events and customer meetings across Benelux

What we are looking for:

• Experience in B2B sales within E-mobility or Energy
• Proven experience in a sales role focused on SaaS products
• Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
• Comfortable closing mid to large-sized deals
• Fluent German and English
• Based in or around Berlin, Germany, and able to travel
