Head of Sales

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting enterprise and mid-market retailers, with a focus on international expansion (mostly Northern Europe and North America)
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, transparency, and results
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine our value proposition and sales approach
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the executive team

Your Profile

  • 5-7 years track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in retail technology, pricing, or AI/ML-driven solutions
  • Currently leading sales team of 2-3 Account Executives
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling to C-level executives
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical value propositions in a compelling way
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
