Creative Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Mission

You manage and optimize creative operations for our in-house creative agency, ensuring efficient workflows, reliable planning and seamless collaboration across teams and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake and briefing quality for all creative projects
• Plan, track and control timelines, budgets and resources
• Coordinate internal creatives, freelancers and agencies
• Design, implement and optimize workflows and tools
• Maintain and improve digital asset management structures
• Manage vendors, contracts and invoices
• Ensure brand consistency and quality standards

Profile

• 3–5 years (Senior: 5–7 years) relevant experience especially in agency background
• Strong process and project management skills
• Understanding of creative production environments
• Clear, structured communication style
• Fluent German and English
• Experience with PM/DAM tools (AirTable advantageous)
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
