We are an internationally operating pharmaceutical company based in Berlin, specializing in the research, development, and distribution of innovative medicines. As a global player, we navigate complex international tax landscapes and are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tax Manager (m/w/d) to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Tax Planning: Contribute to tax consulting and support for our international business activities within the corporate group.
  • Transfer Pricing: Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing guidelines and be involved in the preparation and updating of transfer pricing documentation.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage the proper preparation of tax returns and financial statements, ensuring adherence to all reporting requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee tax-related projects, such as the integration of new subsidiaries or tax support for restructurings.
  • Tax Audits: Assist in the preparation and support of national and international tax audits.
  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, as well as external tax advisors and authorities.

Your Profile

  • Education: Completed studies in economics or law, or a comparable qualification. A successfully completed tax advisor examination is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in international tax law, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, an auditing firm, or a multinational corporate tax department.
  • Expertise: Profound knowledge of German and international tax law, ideally including transfer pricing.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
