Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build and refine the employer brand, and conduct candidate screening and interviews. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers, developing strategies to attract top talent, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Skills in Employer Branding and talent attraction
- Experience in Interviewing and candidate assessment
- Strong Recruiting knowledge, including utilizing job boards, managing applicant tracking systems, and sourcing candidates
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and talent acquisition best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in digital media, creative agencies, or technology sectors is a plus
