Your Role
To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) working from home.
Your Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for all technical issues of our customers.
- You answer customer questions via phone and email and provide practical assistance with our software.
- You analyze system malfunctions, perform error diagnostics, and resolve technical problems.
- You ensure the functionality and interoperability of systems according to the requirements of the healthcare sector.
- You administer server, network, and database systems, considering the special requirements in the medical field.
- You support the implementation and commissioning of software solutions for medical applications.
Your Profile:
- Sound knowledge in network technologies (LAN/WAN), server administration (Windows Active Directory/Linux), and virtualization (VMWare, Proxmox).
- Initial experience in technical support or customer service.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
- Quick comprehension, willingness to learn, and analytical thinking skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and appreciative communication.
- Enjoy working in a small company with flat hierarchies.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
- Knowledge in the area of medical practice software, medical technology, or healthcare is an advantage.
