Job Description

We are looking for an intern (all genders) in Event Management for the Customer Excellence department in Wiesbaden, starting immediately.

Together with a team of event managers, you will help shape innovative and target-group-oriented events from conception to successful implementation and continuously improve processes in event management. You will gain exciting insights into the pharmaceutical industry, be part of a dynamic team, and develop your skills in a practical way.

Your Tasks:

  • Contribute to the target-group-oriented, conceptual design of events
  • Support and independently manage sub-tasks in the planning, execution, and follow-up of national and international events (such as trade fairs, congresses, conferences, symposia, and workshops) in compliance with all relevant guidelines
  • Research tasks in the event context
  • Inquiries, briefings, and management of external partners and service providers
  • Participant management (administration and maintenance of participant lists)
  • Implementation and documentation of regulatory processes and guidelines in the event context

Qualifications

How you make a difference:

  • Current business studies with a focus on event management, tourism, health, marketing, or similar, at Bachelor's or Master's level
  • Organizational talent, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Customer and service orientation
  • A high degree of communication and teamwork skills, as well as improvisation talent
  • Self-confident demeanor
  • Good knowledge and confident use of the MS Office package
  • Good German and English skills, further foreign languages are desirable
  • Willingness to travel and to work on weekends and evenings (isolated cases and situationally dependent)

Employment Duration:

  • Minimum of 6 months as an intern
