Join Our Shop Analytics Team

Join our Shop Analytics Team as an Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) within the Customer & Shop Intelligence circle cluster to design and implement scalable data solutions across our core analytics domains -- shop performance and retail media.

You will be responsible for building robust data pipelines, enhancing our data models for both user behavior and retail media performance, and ensuring high data quality across all deliverables. Working closely with business stakeholders and product managers, you'll create automated reporting solutions that power data-driven decisions across the organization.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines enabling comprehensive shop performance and retail media partner reporting
  • Design and build automated reporting solutions based on business stakeholder requirements
  • Enhance revenue attribution models and expand reporting capabilities for our advertising platform
  • Maintain ownership of data quality across our data assets
  • Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and retail media teams

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization for big data environments
  • Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., dbt) in big data contexts
  • Data modeling expertise, with focus on creating robust, flexible models for high-volume event and tracking data
  • Solid understanding of frontend tracking and web analytics implementation (e.g., GA4)
  • Proficiency with data orchestration tools (such as, Dagster, Airflow, ...) and cloud-based big data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, ...)
  • Experience with optimization techniques (partitioning, clustering)
  • Strong ability to work independently and drive projects forward
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Problem-solving approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of BigQuery, including cost optimization techniques and complex functionalities
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Terraform)
  • Practical experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
