Stellenbeschreibung

Our Creative Team, based in Berlin, is responsible for the entire process from developing our in-house brand collections to their launch. The team, consisting of designers, garment technicians and buyers, always keeps an eye on the latest trends and upcoming top sellers.

As a Working Student Order Management (m/f/d), you will support our Buying Team for 20 hours per week in day-to-day operations. You will accompany our products from order creation to launch, keep track of delivery dates and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In doing so, you will work closely with our suppliers and manage brands such as Anna Field and Freeboo. With your sense for the latest trends and upcoming top sellers, you will actively contribute to further developing our assortment successfully.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Support with the preparation and follow-up of orders
• Independent product set-up and order processing
• Handling order confirmations and clarification cases in close coordination with suppliers in Asia
• Tracking timelines and deliveries up to the product launch
• Ensuring data quality in the relevant systems

Ihr Profil

• Student in Fashion/Textile Management or a business-related degree program
• Strong affinity for fashion
• Ideally, first experience in the fashion industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good English skills, German skills are an advantage
• Creativity, team spirit and reliability
