About the Company

A fast-growing, founder-led company in the supplements, superfoods, and natural cosmetics space is entering its next scaling phase. With its own production capabilities and a strong DACH customer base of over 230,000 customers, the business combines a premium D2C brand with a B2B contract manufacturing unit.

Your Mission

Take full ownership of marketing and transform it into a scalable, data-driven growth engine. You will lead and develop a high-performing team across performance, brand, and product marketing, driving profitable D2C growth while strengthening brand positioning and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a KPI-driven marketing organization across performance, brand, and product marketing
  • Own and drive D2C growth across paid channels, SEO, influencer marketing, social media, and eCommerce optimization
  • Optimize key business metrics such as CAC, CLV, conversion rates, and retention
  • Develop a clear, differentiated brand positioning and scalable creative system
  • Establish strong product marketing (value propositions, launches, portfolio strategy)
  • Implement a robust data infrastructure (tracking, attribution, reporting, forecasting)
  • Support B2B growth through marketing-driven lead generation and positioning

Your Profile

  • Proven leadership experience in D2C / eCommerce marketing
  • Track record of delivering measurable growth (revenue, CAC, CLV)
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and commercial growth levers
  • Experience building scalable teams, structures, and processes
  • Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset
  • Hands-on approach with execution focus
  • German C2

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: €80,000 -- €120,000+ (depending on experience)
