About this job
As a holding company with multiple operating units, we collaborate with various stakeholders and place great importance on transparency, predictability, and robust decision-making foundations. In line with our continued growth, we are expanding our HR controlling and are looking for you as the central point of contact for personnel planning, personnel costs, and HR reporting at the group level.
For our People Team, we are therefore seeking energetic support as a (Senior) HR Controller (m/f/d) in full-time (30-40h).
Responsibilities
- You will create and manage the group-wide personnel and FTE planning, including budget and forecast, ensuring high predictability of personnel costs.
- You will manage the personnel cost structure of the entire corporate group, ensuring transparent, consistent, and investor-ready preparation.
- You will analyze salary structures, average salaries, and compensation models across all companies, including variable components such as Christmas bonuses and performance bonuses.
- You will further develop HR KPI reporting at the group level and prepare decision-making foundations for the People Team, management, and investors.
- You will work closely with tax advisors, Finance, People, and the individual companies of the holding, ensuring a uniform data and reporting logic.
- You will be responsible for preparatory payroll accounting at the group level, ensuring a clean database in DATEV and the further development of the system landscape, potentially including Lucanet in the future.
Qualifications
- You have relevant experience in HR controlling, personnel planning, or in finance and reporting, ideally within a holding or group structure.
- You have a good understanding of personnel costs, FTE logic, budgeting processes, and their importance to investors.
- You are familiar with DATEV; knowledge of Lucanet or comparable reporting tools is an advantage.
- You work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner, maintaining an overview even in complex situations.
- You communicate clearly and reliably and enjoy working with various interfaces.
- You enjoy further developing processes and sustainably improving reporting structures.
