Your Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering training and practical exercises in the field of IT system integration. This includes:

Core Tasks:

  • Instruction: Conduct lessons and practical exercises in IT system integration.
  • Content Delivery: Teach administrative IT topics, including:
    • Windows and/or Linux system administration
    • Network technology (TCP/IP, fundamental network services)
    • Active Directory, user, rights, and role management
    • Server services, virtualization, and system operation
    • IT support, troubleshooting, operation, and monitoring
  • Documentation: Create system and operational documentation.
  • Modern IT: Cover fundamentals of Microsoft 365, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Exam Preparation: Prepare participants for examinations (e.g., IHK).
  • Project & Progress Management: Supervise practical projects and monitor learning progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Document learning statuses and collaborate with the pedagogical team.
  • Participant Support: Assist participants with technical questions during their learning journey.

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree as a certified IT specialist (m/f/d), computer scientist (BA) (m/f/d), or an IT apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience as a trainer and/or a certificate of pedagogical competence (AEVO) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of video conferencing for remote instruction is a plus.
  • Proficiency in: M365, Windows 11, Windows Server 20XX, Exchange Server/365, Linux, network technology and management, IT security.
  • Fluent German (C1) is required; English skills are an advantage.
