As a Tax & Accounting Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our group-wide tax matters in day-to-day operations and, together with the Head of Finance, develop scalable structures for further growth.

Tax Projects & Governance

• You will work on or lead tax projects.
• You will develop transfer pricing guidelines and be responsible for TP/standardize tax processes and ensure audit-ready standards.

Accounting Support

• You will provide hands-on support in financial accounting.

What You Bring

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business administration, finance, or taxes; alternatively, you are a certified tax specialist and/or certified accountant (IHK).
• You have several years of experience in tax consulting or an in-house finance role with a tax focus.
• You have sound knowledge of financial accounting and financial statement preparation according to HGB.
• You work confidently with external tax advisors and document in a structured and audit-ready manner.
• You are proficient in using Excel and common ERP/accounting systems (e.g., DATEV, SAP, Business Central).
• Ideally, you have experience in a corporate or PE environment, with intercompany topics and transfer pricing.
