Senior Marketing Manager
Salary: €70,000 Location: Germany Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Work Format: Remote
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a growing marketing function. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this position plays a key role in delivering marketing strategy, managing campaigns, and leading a high-performing team to support brand growth and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and develop a diverse marketing team, including executives, creatives, and content specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Agency Management: Oversee external agencies (e.g. PPC), ensuring clear briefs, strong communication, and delivery against KPIs
- Campaign Execution: Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Strategy Implementation: Support the Marketing Director in translating strategy into clear, actionable plans across all channels
- Project Oversight: Manage workflows and priorities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing materials
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance using analytics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and ROI
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Logistics
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards across all marketing outputs, ensuring consistency in brand and messaging
- Budget Support: Assist in managing and optimising the marketing budget
About You
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge across key marketing channels including digital, content, SEO, paid media, branding, and social media
- Previous experience within retail marketing is advantageous
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and develop talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas and innovation
