About Achaté

Achaté is a fast-growing European e-commerce brand in cleaning & home innovation.

We are expanding aggressively into the German market and are looking for a German-speaking Expansion Manager to lead our growth in the DACH region.

This is not an assistant role.

This is a market ownership position.

You will be responsible for helping scale Achaté in Germany by building strategic partnerships, expanding our distribution channels and driving profitable growth.

Your Mission

You will play a key role in establishing and growing Achaté in the German market.

Your goal:

Drive profitable revenue growth and market expansion in Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, recruit and manage German affiliate and performance partners
  • Build relationships with publishers, creators, comparison websites and media partners
  • Launch and scale affiliate and partnership channels
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies for Germany
  • Work closely with our performance marketing team to optimize funnels and campaigns
  • Coordinate product launches and campaigns in the German market
  • Identify new growth opportunities such as marketplaces, partnerships and collaborations
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures
  • Continuously test new growth angles and distribution channels in the German market

You own the numbers. You own the growth.

Who You Are

  • Native or fluent German speaker
  • Based in Germany or fully remote within the EU
  • At least 3 years experience in e-commerce, partnerships or affiliate marketing
  • Experience working with DTC / Shopify brands
  • Strong commercial mindset and data-driven approach
  • Proactive --- you identify opportunities and execute them

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience launching or scaling brands in the DACH market
  • Have an existing network of affiliates or media partners
