About ADAC
The ADAC is always on the move and there to help - covering a wide range of areas such as insurance, travel and medical assistance, legal advice, digitalization, classic breakdown assistance, and air rescue. We are there.
Your Responsibilities
- You provide valuable support in the implementation of projects for process optimization and increasing excellence in procurement.
- Furthermore, you are involved in the process-related further development and stabilization of the ADAC procurement portal (Ivalua) and take on tasks in requirements management, the execution of UATs, configuration, and the rollout of further modules, including the SAP integration interface.
- Another focus of your work is the development and definition of KPIs, suitable reporting structures, and measurement methods for controlling procurement.
- You also support the analysis and preparation of procurement data from various data sources.
- You contribute to the further development of reporting and analysis activities in procurement.
- An important part of your work is also participating in the measurement of procurement's value contribution.
- In addition, you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the implementation of corresponding measures.
- Finally, you actively support the interface work of procurement with IT, Finance, Compliance, and Auditing.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor of Science degree (university) or a comparable qualification.
- You also have 3-5 years of professional experience in process management / process transformation.
- Agile and solution-oriented work, critical and associative thinking characterize you, with the ambition to continuously develop within the team.
- As a "Key User," you have sound knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
- You also have experience with e-procurement tools in the S2C and S2P area, preferably with Ivalua.
- Competencies in data analysis, prompt engineering, and AI also characterize your profile.
- Furthermore, you possess know-how in end-to-end process modeling.
- In addition, you bring strong IT configuration skills.
