Join our success story! For our client Airbus at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder location, we are looking for you as a Project Leader (d/m/w). In this role, you will lead central improvement and transformation initiatives. As a Project Leader in the transformation team, you will ensure that measurable added value is created along the agreed goals, operational disruptions are sustainably eliminated, and the organization is optimally aligned with the Ambition 2030. The transformation includes the transition from old SAP R/3 systems to S/4HANA - not as a pure IT upgrade, but as a business-oriented realignment driven company-wide.
Responsibilities
- Translation of complex business requirements into efficient and standardized SAP business processes
- Support of process harmonization in the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA through analysis, optimization, and redesign of existing legacy processes
- Identification and prioritization of improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency increase, customer satisfaction, and sustainability
- Management of projects in compliance with time, cost, quality, and scope specifications according to company guidelines and compliance standards
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams across all project phases, including in matrix organizations
- Proactive management of risks, opportunities, and partner, supplier, and contract relationships
- Utilization of supply chain data and SAP analyses for the derivation and implementation of performance improvements
- Contribution to performance management through a sound understanding of data models and data structures in the SAP environment

Your Profile
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain Management
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and digitalization tools
- Confident handling of SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English skills
