Consultant Cloud Migration (all genders)

YOUR ROLE

• Customer Consulting: You will advise our customers on migrating their applications to the (public) cloud and help find the right migration strategy.
• Migration: You will carry out the migration of applications to the (public) cloud and support the planning and prioritization of migration processes.
• Infrastructure Adjustments: You will make necessary adjustments to the infrastructure and automate them with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Reporting & Status Monitoring: You will support the implementation of processes for status monitoring and reporting.
• Coaching: You will coach the cloud team regarding the technologies and best practices used.
• Cloud Community: You will actively contribute your ideas to our Cloud Community and help develop standards for future projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education & Experience: You have a completed degree or vocational training in the IT sector and several years of experience in the public and/or hybrid cloud.
• Migration Strategies: You have a deep understanding of cloud migration strategies and can confidently use at least one migration framework from the respective hyperscalers.
• Cloud Adoption Framework: You are familiar with the Cloud Adoption Framework and can use it confidently.
• CI/CD & Infrastructure: You have experience with the conception and setup of CI/CD pipelines as well as Infrastructure as Code tools, e.g., Terraform, and software deployments.
• Container Technologies: Ideally, you have experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift with the hyperscalers.
• Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
