YOUR ROLE

• Shape the interface: You understand client requirements, coordinate with software development, and manage sports performance projects to completion.
• Realize solutions: Together with your team, you develop cloud-based sports data platforms and intuitive data frontends.
• Advise sports organizations: You help clubs and associations develop customized IT infrastructures, data strategies, and visualizations.
• Optimize data processes: You analyze, integrate, and document data and interface processes for smooth operation.
• Develop KPIs: Ideally, you create new key performance indicators using statistical models and machine learning for coaches, analysts, and fans.
• Manage projects: You keep an eye on time, budget, and quality, and coordinate changes directly with account management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: A degree or apprenticeship in Business Intelligence, Data Science, IT, or Business Administration forms your foundation for this role.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in software project management and data consulting expertise within the sports industry.
• Data Literacy: You possess strong skills in analyzing, processing, interpreting, and/or visualizing game and player-related data.
• Cloud Services: You are familiar with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.), Business Intelligence, and/or data visualization tools (Tableau, Fabric / Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
• Programming Skills: You develop and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable confident communication.
