About the Role

As our Creative Workflow Director, you will be the creative brain behind Adgentic's AI production ecosystem. You'll define how creative AI models are used, combined, and optimized across our campaigns --- ensuring that every output meets the highest standards of creativity, strategy, and craft. You'll explore models, test prompts, build pipelines, and design workflows that turn creative vision into scalable systems. You'll also bridge our product, AI, and creative teams --- translating between art direction and algorithmic capability. This role is ideal for someone who sees the potential of generative AI not just as a tool, but as a creative partner.

What You'll Do

  • Define and build creative workflows that merge AI, design, and storytelling.
  • Evaluate and select the right generative models (image, video, text-to-video, etc.) for creative and production use cases.
  • Test and refine prompts, tools, and pipelines to achieve outstanding, brand-aligned results.
  • Act as the AI Art Director for our internal and client campaigns --- setting visual direction, style, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product leads to translate creative needs into system capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of GenAI innovation: evaluate emerging tools, model architectures, and diffusion frameworks for integration.
  • Review and critique AI outputs, ensuring quality, consistency, and creative excellence across all projects.
  • Contribute to the development of Adgentic's internal creative library and workflow infrastructure.

Who You Are

  • 5 years of experience in creative production, digital design, or art direction --- ideally within an agency, production studio, or AI-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI systems (e.g. Open Source Models, Google Nano Banana, Seedream, Google Veo, Kling, etc.)
  • Experience building or optimizing creative workflows that combine multiple tools e.g. ComfyUI, LoRA Training, Workflow-Develpment (n8n, ComfyUI,...), Python Script, LLM integration in image generation / prompt engineering etc.
  • Strong visual and storytelling sense: you know how to judge what's great --- and what's not.
  • Technically fluent: comfortable experimenting with model parameters, fine-tuning, and data workflows.
  • Curious, strategic, and restless --- you see where creative AI is going and want to shape it.
  • Excellent communicator who can bridge creative and technical disciplines.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, global, collaborative environment.
