Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Analyst, you are key to solutions for international partners, national subsidiaries, and large OEM customers facing complex challenges. This goes beyond typical support; you act as an internal contact for the service team, contributing your expertise.
- Debug and resolve complex customer requirements through comprehensive log analysis or directly with our integrators in remote sessions (e.g., via TeamViewer).
- Act as an interface between service and development to ensure technical challenges are resolved efficiently.
- Communicate with our partners and manufacturers of subsystems connected to WinGuard.
- Independently build expert knowledge based on comprehensive existing resources.
- Precisely document solutions to share knowledge within the team and prevent future problems.
- Working in an international environment where your expertise directly influences our customers' success is a given for you.
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or comparable qualification.
- Very good and broad basic IT knowledge across all relevant areas, such as network technology, protocols (e.g., http/s), public key infrastructures (PKI), Microsoft operating systems (Server / Client), virtualization, and security.
- Good knowledge of network architecture and distributed IT systems.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
- Experience in technical support and communication with partners and end customers.
- Analytical thinking, customer orientation, and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, for smooth international collaboration.
