Recruiting & People Operations Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who is eager to actively shape recruiting and employer branding, while also bringing a generalist perspective to People & Culture topics. The role is intentionally flexible: we will develop it further together -- depending on your interests, experience, and the needs of our team.

Your Responsibilities

Recruiting & Employer Branding

• Holistic Recruiting: From requirements analysis and job postings to interviews and contract offers.
• Employer Branding: Development and implementation of measures to strengthen our employer brand.
• Fairs & Events: Planning, organization, and support of our presence at recruiting fairs and employer events.

HR Operations

• Active participation in our ongoing Personio implementation.
• Maintenance of master data, reporting, and optimization of our HR workflows.
• Responsibility for onboarding and offboarding, as well as the continuous improvement of these processes.
• Contribution to building a modern People & Culture setup with clear structures and efficient processes.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or HR-related apprenticeship, an HR-related degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in recruiting and ideally in employer branding.
• Knowledge of Personio or the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with our implementation.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, especially onboarding and offboarding.
• Enjoyment of generalist HR tasks and actively shaping structures.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
