Responsibilities
- Steering and management of SAP SuccessFactors EC projects, including resource, time, and budget planning
- Consulting, conception, and implementation of Employee Central for the customer
- Designing the HR IT landscape and acting as the central point of contact for HR management issues
- Expanding the Employee Central business unit and supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects
Profile
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including customizing
- Knowledge in SAP ERP HCM is an advantage
