Founder's Associate Intern (m/f/d)

At aescolab, we're redefining preventive healthcare. We combine advanced blood biomarker analytics with personalized lifestyle recommendations to help people perform better, feel stronger, and live healthier - long before illness becomes an issue.

We work with individuals and companies who care about performance, longevity and real impact. Founded in 2024, backed by Danish impact investor KRING, and based in Berlin, aescolab is now scaling its commercial operations across Germany and preparing its European expansion.

As Founder's Associate Intern (m/f/d) you will work directly with our Co-Founder & CEO Stephan and get hands-on experience building a health-tech company from the inside.

YOUR ROLE

This is not a "run errands" internship. You will be part of the core execution team.

You will:

• Work closely with the CEO on core strategic initiatives across growth, sales, partnerships, and investor relations
• Strengthen and scale our outbound engine, ensuring a state-of-the-art GTM tech stack and best-in-class processes
• Manage and nurture inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless progression to qualified discovery calls
• Support active deal execution end-to-end, including refining pitch decks, creating sales assets, and contributing to deal closure
• Build and maintain relationships with key B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C partners across sports, health, and corporate wellness
• Represent the company at selected industry events and external engagements
• Support investor communications, including preparation of board materials, investor updates, and reporting
• Play a key role in preparing and executing the company's upcoming fundraising activities

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled in or graduated from a top-tier university program (Business, Economics, Strategy, Management, Marketing, Egineering or similar)
• First experience in startups, consulting, VC, entrepreneurship or high-performance environments is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and structured execution
• High ownership mentality and reliability
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you want to build, not observe
• Confident communicator (fluency in German & English is required)
• In general, we're looking for strong attitudes and getting it done mentality
