Tasks
As a Sales Manager, you are the central interface between the market and the agency:
- New customer acquisition through cold calling
- Qualification of inquiries and conducting initial consultations
- Strategic further development of our sales approach
- Identification and research of relevant decision-makers
Medium term:
- Contract negotiations and closing of projects
You work in direct coordination with the management and have real creative freedom.

Prerequisites
- Negotiation-proof German and English skills in speaking and writing
- Ambition: To become one of the leading sales representatives in the DACH region.
- Independent, structured way of working
- Professionalism in customer contact
