About The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) to join our team in Cologne. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, emergency situations, and claim reports, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service by providing accurate information, organizing necessary support services, and documenting all interactions meticulously. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a completed commercial or similar qualification, along with experience in customer service, preferably in a telephone-based environment. You should demonstrate a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone. Empathy and a keen understanding of diverse customer situations are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to explain processes clearly and offer effective solutions. Good organizational skills and the ability to work systematically are vital, especially during high call volumes. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include serving as the initial contact point for customers via phone, providing assistance during emergencies and general inquiries with confidence and reliability. You will accurately record incoming requests and damage reports, evaluate their urgency, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate departments without delay. Using your friendly and professional manner, you will explain procedures to customers and support them with tailored solutions. You will organize necessary support and service actions, oversee their timely implementation, and maintain oversight of the entire process. Working in shifts (Monday to Sunday), you will contribute to the continuous availability of customer support services, which is vital for maintaining high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will document all interactions diligently and handle related written communication efficiently.
