About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic development team at ADITO Software GmbH. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and refining core components of our CRM/xRM platform, which is used daily by thousands of users. Your work will focus on creating durable, high-quality solutions rather than short-lived prototypes, emphasizing clean architecture, technical depth, and innovative ideas. Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess significant experience as a JavaScript Developer or Software Engineer at a professional or senior level. You should have excellent knowledge of JavaScript and hands-on experience working with complex software systems or business applications. A solid understanding of clean architecture principles and maintainable code is essential. Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MariaDB, and familiarity with node.js development, is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) and be comfortable working within agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous learning are also important.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CRM/xRM functionalities to enhance user experience and system performance.
- Implement modern web and business applications utilizing JavaScript technologies.
- Integrate and utilize REST APIs to connect various system components effectively.
- Work with relational databases such as MariaDB to manage and manipulate data efficiently.
- Conduct thorough analysis, debugging, and implement sustainable solutions for identified issues.
- Contribute actively to maintaining code quality, establishing best practices, and defining development standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
