Studying isn't really your thing? We can understand that: It is very important to us that you gain practical experience from the beginning of your training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/f/d) and apply what you learn daily. You can count on the support of your colleagues at any time and have a personal contact person who will assist you with any questions regarding your training. Since you have the opportunity to work remotely most of the time with us, we offer you a very high degree of flexibility at the same time, which you would otherwise only have during your studies. Tasks

• You will support our colleagues in optimizing and further developing our clients' business processes based on your own data analyses -- e.g., in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• You will implement data-based solutions and regularly adapt them to changing conditions
• You will prepare and visualize data -- e.g., in Microsoft Power BI
• You will record detailed customer requirements and reconcile them with Microsoft's solution portfolio or check whether an individual solution is needed
• You will extend existing software based on individual customer requirements
• You will conceptualize and coordinate the development of tailor-made solutions for our customers together with our software developers
• You will accompany our colleagues to on-site appointments and support them with needs analyses and training in software application
• You will perform low-level developments

Profile

• You have a Realschulabschluss, a degree from a (higher) commercial school, or a (subject-specific) university entrance qualification
• You are enthusiastic about software, IT, and digitalization and have a basic understanding of IT contexts
• You are interested in commercial contexts
• You find it easy to think logically and enjoy solving problems
• You have an independent, goal-oriented way of working
• You are strong in communication and enjoy presenting your own ideas
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
