💥 Your Role
- Support the marketing team in creating, editing, and publishing social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Assist in video editing and short-form content production (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Optimize posts based on performance insights and engagement metrics.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content strategies to keep Ahead at the cutting edge of social media.
- Work closely with our design and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Lead the outreach and communication with purpose aligned creators across the world
🧠 About You
- You live and breathe social media. You know what's trending and can turn ideas into high-performing content.
- You're a natural storyteller. You can craft engaging posts, captions, and videos that hook viewers.
- You've already gotten your hands dirty. You've edited videos, built your own social media presence, or worked on content projects.
- You have experience with video editing tools. Whether it's CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or another tool -- you know how to bring content to life.
- You're data-driven. You track what works, adapt strategies, and aim to improve engagement rates.
- You're proactive and eager to learn. You love experimenting, testing, and growing in a fast-paced startup environment.
