They've just brought on an AI Operating Partner and are now building an Agentic AI Transformation Squad. This is a rare chance to shape how AI gets deployed across an entire portfolio, not just one company.

What you'll do

• Hunt down and prioritise AI automation opportunities across portfolio companies
• Own AI use cases end-to-end — from concept and build through to rollout and continuous improvement
• Lead the development of LLM-powered tools, internal agents, coding assistants, and automation packages
• Redesign manual, human-led processes and replace them with AI-powered workflows

What you'll bring

• A strong software engineering or data science background — you've built and shipped production systems
• The ability to translate messy business problems into clean technical solutions
• A track record of managing complex, high-stakes technical projects from start to finish
• Comfort operating at pace, across multiple portfolio companies simultaneously
• Candidates must be based in Germany

The deal

• Base salary €150,000–€180,000
• Bonus tied directly to measurable project impact value
• Fully remote with some travel to client sites
