Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Event Manager for an upcoming project at the end of May in Hamburg, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, and workshops. This includes managing event budgets, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, leading event marketing efforts, and ensuring all events run smoothly and meet organizational objectives. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders will also be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Event planning and coordination, including setting budgets, logistics, and timelines
- Vendor and supplier management, including negotiation skills and quality assurance
- Proficiency in event marketing, promotion strategies, and leveraging digital platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and adapt in dynamic settings
- Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event technologies (a plus)
- Experience in the HR, AI, or technology industries (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
