At aiomics, we're building AI that gives doctors, nurses, and therapists hours back every day by turning unstructured medical data into structured clarity.

To support our growth, we're looking for a motivated and proactive Working Student to support us in Sales Outreach and Business Development and help bring aiomics to the right organizations and decision-makers.

What you'll do

  • Support our sales activities with a strong focus on Sales Outreach and Lead Generation
  • Research and identify relevant companies, decision-makers, and stakeholders
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Build and maintain structured outreach lists and CRM data
  • Support the creation and optimization of sales messages, pitches, and outreach strategies
  • Track outreach performance and help improve response and conversion rates
  • Work closely with the founding team to drive growth and market traction
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve our sales processes and go-to-market approach

What you bring

  • Enrolled student at a German university
  • Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Growth
  • First experience or strong motivation to work in Sales Outreach, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Structured, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working
  • Comfortable researching companies and working with digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
  • You enjoy taking ownership and actively contributing ideas
  • A hands-on startup mindset : curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Very good German and good English skills
