PR Intern

Welcome to air up.

As our PR Intern in Munich, you'll be the heartbeat of our media relations, managing international press kits and high-stakes collaborations to keep air up at the center of conversation. Working alongside international PR agencies and internal teams, you'll help turn our vision into headlines and analyze the latest trends in the podcast and media world.

This role is located in Munich, Germany. In this role, we follow a hybrid working model: time in the office each week to collaborate and connect with the team, balanced with remote days that support focused, independent work.

Your responsibilities

• You are supporting our media monitoring and coverage reporting: You save and classify the coverage according to fixed parameters (EXCEL) and make sure that all coverage folders are excellently maintained
• You are supporting and filtering our incoming PR requests, including answering and selecting cooperation offers as well as forwarding requests to your PR colleagues, our agencies, and other relevant internal stakeholders
• You support the PR team in the collaboration with international agencies on a day-to-day basis
• You manage and update press kits and other PR material to ensure consistency and accuracy
• You support with the preparation of project pitches and research
• In close collaboration with the PR team, you create trend analyses and conduct exciting projects as well as offline PR activities
• You support in drafting written interviews and PR-related texts

This is you

• You are available for six months
• Ideally, you already have first (PR) work experience
• You are familiar with the modern media landscape (incl. podcasts or online magazines) and trending topics
• You are fluent in German and in English
• You are good with words and have experience with writing German (and ideally English) PR texts
• You are a communicative and committed person, you have a hands-on mentality, and you are able to handle various projects at a time
• You understand that this is a dedicated PR role (which is distinct from our Creator Marketing team)
