This position can be filled at our Frankfurt am Main or Munich location. Proximity to the location would be ideal. However, this role is also possible remotely/mobil upon agreement.
What awaits you with us
As a Sales Representative (m/w/d) for our cloud-based CDE solution AWARO, you will be a valuable part of our dynamic team in Frankfurt or Munich. You will drive market development with us, further develop our sales strategy as a team, and implement it with the goal of sustainably increasing our healthy growth in the DACH region.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our AWARO portfolio.
- Taking responsibility for the entire sales process, from the initial offer phase to contract closing.
- Keeping an eye on your sales figures, creating and maintaining forecasts for revenue development.
- Servicing existing customers in your territory and proactively contacting them. Managing the sales cycle and successfully closing deals.
- As a communicative and consultative person, building sustainable and trusting customer relationships and working closely with building owners, construction companies, architects, and engineers to present our innovative software solutions and identify further sales opportunities.
- Representing AWARO at selected industry events and trade fairs.

What you bring to the table
- A completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of the construction and real estate industry with several years of professional experience.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of processes within the construction and real estate industry.
- Ideally, experience with web-based document and project management systems.
- Sociable, results-oriented, and eager to deliver results.
- A true team player with effective communication skills for clients and decision-makers.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience for SAAS solutions with corresponding negotiation skills and a proven track record.
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
